Another student claimed to have been watching the boy's Snapchat's story and saw Ciotta come into view in August.

The other student allegedly asked the boy if the woman in the video was "Mrs Ciotta".

He replied: "Yes … Bro, I’m gettin’ in deep … been f****** (Ciotta) and getting threesomes for the past couple weeks (at her house)," according to court documents obtained by local news site Patch.

Besides, she was scantily clad in the footage which was filmed on an iPhone.

The police found a note torn in pieces detailed her relationship with the boy to her husband. According to their investigation, Ciotta took an interest in the boy in 2015.

A relative of the boy said his mother is dead and his father is in prison while Ciotta describes herself as his "advocate".

Ciotta initially sent email to his relative to tell his improving behaviours and the relative trusted her as his teacher. After that, the boy went home in expensive clothes and with new technology and he claimed those had been given by Ciotta and her husband.

Police shared fears Ciotta may have had inappropriate relationships with more students when she was arrested in September.

Ciotta was released last month after posting $150,00 bond. She is awaiting her next court date.
