Girl survived from sexual abuse becomes painter to draw sensual ecstasy

Sexual abuse is a shameful crime that can destroy a person. Kyra Coates is an artist who was sexually abused when as a kid and raped when as a teenager.

It drove her into a deep depression and committed suicide when she was being utterly confused. Luckily, she found a belief, Hinduism, at her age of 24, to support her. She accepted herself and lived life celibately for many years.

Kyra then moved back into intimate relationships, got married, had two kids, and divorced.

She then realised her story was just that and decided to rewrite it by painting. She awoke to her sensual and sexual power and tried to get over her trauma. She made her own painting and donate 20% of my sales to organizations that work with survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking.

You may see her story in the paintings.
