Surgery operation could be crucial to patients' lives but it's not that easy to keep all medical staff well cooperated. A Sydney based anaesthetist solved this problem by just writing his name on his scrub cap. This seems trivial but it did help a lot!

Surgical staff with scrubs and face masks are often hard to recognize. Therefore, accidents like a doctor asking the wrong assistant to a do a task and even mistaking medical student for qualified surgeons happen from time to time during operations.
Dr Rob Hackett, a Sydney based anaesthetist, decided to write his name and profession on his scrub cap to avoid miss-identification between colleagues. The anaesthetist said precious time was often wasted when clinicians couldn't recognize other people quickly in the operating room.
What's more, he kick-started a movement to encourage other medical staff to put on name tags. And the hashtag #TheatreCapChallenge becomes popular online as surgical staff from across Australia, the UK, US, South America and Europe have all embraced the challenge.
