The poor young mum has no choice...

When a woman in the United States was pregnant at 18, her boyfriend unexpectedly died  before she giving birth to their baby. So she made a hard decision to send her baby away, handing to put the BB in her arms and watch her flesh and blood in her arms.

Hannah Mongie from Utah, United States, was only 18 when she was pregnant. She and her boyfriend just fell in love with each other two months before they had baby. Both of them thought marriage was still too early for them and they can't support the baby. Unexpectedly, her boyfriend died in his sleep two months before baby's birth. Mongie described the world as "shattered" and couldn't pick up the pieces for several weeks.

However, after all, she must consider the issue of child rearing. She believed the baby should be care by parents, so after discussing with her own parents, she made a hard decision to send away the baby.

Mongie helped baby find her adoptive parents during pregnancy and gave birth to a small baby boy, Taggart, in March 2016. She said she was still struggling until the last minute she sent the baby away.

Mongie had reached an agreement with baby's adoptive parents. She could visit her son frequently from his home. She hopes one day she can explain to her boy why she makes the choice.
