A 28-year-old woman, who has spent £15,000 to fly to Turkey to get implants on her gum, now wants to get them removed.

Star Delguidice, from Birmingham, asks the doctor to remove her implanted "bum" because they are "too big" only eight weeks after the operation. 

The doctor spent seven hours to do the surgery and before it, she has to experience fat drained from her thighs, arms, stomach to transfer to her derriere.

Star had surgery all her life but this one was the biggest surgery so far. She said she like her bottom looked in photographs, but they are "just not practical".

She had 650cc implants on her bum, which is double the size normal people. The implants burden her as four stone in weight.

Even Star acknowledge the harms of plastic surgery, she feels good to be the highlight when having beautiful body asset. 

"I was shopping in Ikea the other day when a woman had to physically turn her husband's head so he'd stop staring at me," she said. "I do like the attention is brings as it's massive but I just don't know if they're for me."
