What a tragedy! RIP :'(
A man from Sichuan, China, was suspected of throwing his 7-year-old sick son who suffers from cancer from a bridge because he has no money for his medical expenses.
The child was crushed by a car passing the location. Police was called to the scene and they sent the boy to hospital instantly. The boy was confirmed dead after treatment.
The father has been detained by criminals and the case is under investigation.
The incident happened at around 8 pm on 29 April. The 32-year-old father, Jiang, from Chengdu, Sichuan, brought his son to the bus, but when walking on a bridge in Yuanjiagang, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, he lifted his son and threw him out of the bridge.
Witnesses called the authorities immediately and Jiang was arrested quickly after the police arrived. However, the boy couldn't survive after treatment.
Witnesses said, Jiang repeatedly saying "unaffordable..." before flinging his son.
The family members of Jiang revealed he was extremely stimulated after divorcing his wife in November 2017. He became bizarre since that.
Local reports said the boy allegedly suffered from cancer and Jiang expected he couldn't bear the expensive medical fee, so he threw his son from the high place because of the exhausting life pressure.
