South Korea artist Kim Jong Kook is famous for his strong and fierce image in the popular show"Running man". But he revealed his gentle side in a talking show. He said he used to be a problem student, but suddenly realized the importance of parents when his mother suffered cancer.
Kim Jong Kook has shared his experience in a talk show recently. He confessed that he used to be a problem student and even attracted gangs.
When Kim became a member of a group called Turbo, being busy attending musical activities, he suddenly informed that his mum had to accept surgery suffering breast cancer. Then he realized it was almost too late to be a good son. Therefore he transformed himself into a good boy and treat parents well. He often took parents to travel around when he had time and took good care of them.

Peter comes back to Dorsey after practicing at Parsons Behle & Latimer, where he was an Of Counsel attorney, and at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he was a Partner after practicing at Dorsey. He received his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from University of Utah.
With a focus on debt financing transactions, Peter brings experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex financings across different industries. Peter represents private equity groups, commercial lending institutions, and other private and public companies across various jurisdictions domestically and abroad. His experience includes helping clients navigate secured and unsecured financings.
