Female athlete Min Yura from South Korea calmly completed her competition even though her clothes were broken suddenly during the match.

It is rare to see a figure skater's clothes unexpectedly breaking down in a competition. However, South Korean participant Min Yura came across such embarrassing situation in Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and bravely faced the challenge.

In figure skating team event held on Sunday (11 January), on behalf of South Korea, 22-year-old Min Yura participated the competition with her partner Alexander Gamelin. Her gym suit was red and graceful but it suddenly broke off while the two were dancing with the music.

The accident happened so abruptly, but they knew that they could not stop so they had to keep fighting for their best result. Eventually, they managed to complete the whole performance and had been graded 51.79 points to be ranked nine out of ten.
The result is secondary. But the girl's courage and persistence had won her applause.
