A driver spotted a seemingly female 'ghost' standing on the cement divider at night, which freaked him out in a frightening way. The incident happened in Singapore. He then shared the clip recorded by his dashcam, sparking many discussions.
But many netizens believe the 'ghost' is just a woman cross the highway for some reasons.
