The old lady was saved!
A terrible moment of a wheelchair-bound old lady falling into a pound has been captured at Yangpu Park of Shanghai on 9 April morning, according to local media.
The accident happened when her carer left her at the side of the pond and watch dance show at the park. The wheelchair can be seen slipping down a slope towards the water.
The 90-year-old fell into the pond but soon three men have saved her quickly. It was believed that she did not sustain any injuries.
Ms Li, an onlooker, said, "I don't really know what was happening but I heard a water splashing sound and an old woman calling for help."
Management team of Yangpu Park said they would make new arrangements to prevent similar incidents from happening.
