The copter Bell TH-67 careered down the platform at a police training facility in Little Rock with its rotors changing the direction.

The craft along with the platform started to move when it tried to take off from the ground. However, it failed to fly with a gust of wind blowing.

A man can be seen coming out from a building in order to stop the pilot from continuing flying before the rotors touched the floor.

The chopper finally lost control, smashed to the ground and flipped over. Retired officer William 'Bill' Denino, who was hired in 2012 as a civilian pilot, got injured in the crash while another person on board was unharmed.
