Learning from cuisine master.
Sichuan cuisine master Fu Zuming started learning to cook Sichuan food in his teens.During his visit to the Mosuo family next to Lugu Lake in Yanyuan County, Southwest China’s Sichuan Province, ,he taught them cooking skills and combined the local specialties with Sichuan cuisine techniques to make a new dish.
