The real adventure!
A father and his three sons went through an adventure when they visiting the Proserpine River, North Queensland, to ride a boat to fish in the water. They faced attacks from a shark and a crocodile towards the boat, making the three children say not to go fishing again.
When four went out to the water and found a 2-meter-long crocodile hovering around. The father tried to return to the shore while suddenly, a bull shark jumped out of the water to their vessel, scaring all to run to the bow and scream.
Luckily, a neighbour Ken Madsen heard the screaming so he rode his boat to see what happened.
Ken said he had never seen the situation of a shark leaping to any vessels, even though there are a lot of bull sharks in the area of water. Ken then let the children go to his boat and caught the sea creature with the father.
The 2.2-meter-long shark weigh 150-200kg was dragged to the pier and tour guide Mark Norman from Crocodile Safari was asked to attend the spot to release the animal to the river.
The shark has scared the children since it made them nowhere to move when a big crocodile was waiting for them under the river. Even there are no harms in the incident, the three said they are not going to fish with their father again.
