A blood-curdling scene of seven dogs hanging from a tree in a park in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, has been witnessed by a woman and her friend.

Bravo Trotta and her friend were walking near the park in the city of Santiago del Estero on Sunday and saw seven dogs, including two pregnant ones hung from a tree.

They called local police before trying to set the pregnant dogs free and revive them.

Trotta, who is an animal lover, finally rescued four puppies and wrote via her Facebook page, "What harm could these animals do?"

She also took pictures with the recused animals who she holds one on her hand.

Her post has raised the attention of an animal rights activist, Eduardo Groh Riemersma, who manages a refuge center for dogs. She agreed to offer $2,000 pounds reward for information helping to the arrest of the individual(s) related to the crime.
