The Chang'e-6 lunar probe is scheduled to be launched at an appropriate time in the beginning of May, according to the China National Space Administration (CNSA).

The combination of the Chang'e-6 lunar probe and the Long March-5 Y8 carrier rocket was transferred vertically on Saturday to the launching area at the Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site in south China's Hainan Province, the CNSA said.

"Comparing Chang'e-6 with Chang'e-5, the most significant difference is that Chang 'e-5 conducted the sample-return mission on the near side of the moon, while the Chang 'e-6 will conduct the sample-return mission on the far side of the moon. The Chang'e-6 aims to achieve breakthroughs in the design and control technology of the Moon's retrograde orbit, intelligent sampling, take-off and ascent technologies, and automatic sample-return on the far side of the Moon. At present, the Long March-5 carrier rocket and the Chang'e-6 probe are in good condition. All preparations for the launch are progressing in an orderly manner, following normal working procedures," said Ge Ping, deputy director of the Center of Lunar Exploration and Space Engineering, China National Space Administration.

"At present, the launch site has ensured the normal testing of Chang'e-6 and the Long March-5 Y8 carrier rocket. Our Hainan launch site features high temperatures, high humidity, and high salt mist. We have made corresponding preparations for the environmental conditions, and we have also prepared some typhoon prevention plans to adapt to the weather in Hainan," said Liao Guorui, an engineer at the Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site.

The Hungarian version of "The Classic Quotes by Xi Jinping," a multilingual TV program featuring Chinese President Xi Jinping's quotes from ancient Chinese classics in his speeches and articles, began airing on Hungarian media outlets on Wednesday.

A launch ceremony for the Hungarian version of the program, produced by China's flagship broadcaster China Media Group (CMG), was held in Budapest, capital of Hungary, on Wednesday, on the occasion of Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to the country.

At the invitation of Hungarian President Tamas Sulyok and Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Xi is on a state visit to Hungary, the last leg of his current three-nation Europe tour, which has also taken him to France and Serbia.

Former Hungarian president Pal Schmitt attended the ceremony and congratulated the producers on the broadcast of the program in the country.

Peter Medgyessy, former Hungarian Prime Minister, also delivered a video message to congratulate on the airing of the program in Hungary.

Shen Haixiong, vice minister of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and president of the CMG, and Daniel Papp, chief executive of Hungary's Media Service Support and Asset Management Fund (MTVA), announced the launch of the Hungarian version of the TV program at the ceremony.

In his speech, Shen said he believes that the premiere of the program in Hungary can open a window of thought for Hungarian people to understand Xi's wisdom in governance and understand Chinese culture, thereby helping them understand the unique charm of China in the new era.

The program carefully selects famous quotes from ancient Chinese classics that Xi has used in his important speeches, articles and remarks. Focusing on themes including common prosperity, green development, ecological civilization, legal construction and protection of cultural heritages, the program vividly presents Xi's political wisdom and rich knowledge of history and traditional Chinese culture.

The program and its promotional video have been aired by other media outlets across Europe and around the world, including the pan-European news channel Euronews and France's BFM Business.
