A fleet of live broadcast vans from China Media Group (CMG) hit the streets of the Special Administrative Region (SAR) of Macao on Thursday to begin preparations for delivering prompt and comprehensive coverage of the celebratory events of the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland.

On its way to the SAR, the fleet of 24 vehicles, including 4K/8K ultra-high-definition broadcasting vehicles, satellite vehicles and radio cars traveled through the Macao Bridge on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, which opened officially in October this year.

A reporting team of around 900 individuals has also been sent out by the broadcaster, to support CMG's broadcasting and reporting efforts for the 25th anniversary celebrations of Macao's return to the motherland.

CMG's TV channels, radio stations, and online platforms will produce live broadcasts and news coverage to document and showcase Macao's progress and changes in the past 25 years.

Large quantities of humanitarian aid are continuing to pour into Gaza Strip as the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas entered its sixth day on Friday.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said on Friday that a total of 339 truckload of aid entered the Palestinian enclave on the day.

Also on Friday, the United Nations World Food Program said that 4,800 trucks carrying aid materials had entered Gaza since the ceasefire agreement went into effect on January 19.

Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed that a large shipment of medical supplies provided by the agency in cooperation with humanitarian groups in the United Arab Emirates had arrived in Egypt on Friday, with deliveries into Gaza starting on Saturday.

Palestinians in southern Gaza have expressed their satisfaction with the influx of aid and commercial food supplies.

"There were many food supplies that could not enter. but now, after the crossings have reopened, there has been improvement. We now see children's necessities, which had been unavailable. Now, a person can buy essentials for their children. Prices have also dropped. There is improvement, and we hope that this reality continues, and we can return to our homes in northern Gaza," said a Palestinian resident.

The ceasefire agreement, brokered by Egypt, Qatar, and the United States, was announced on January 15 and consists of three phases towards a permanent ceasefire between the two parties.
