The meeting emphasized efforts to consolidate and strengthen the momentum of economic recovery, improve macro policies, and continuously resolve difficulties.
It stressed the need to boost the internal momentum of economic development, deepen reforms in key areas, and make more achievements in building a unified national market and improving business environment.
It is imperative to coordinate development and security to guard against systematic risks, and take concrete and careful actions in flood prevention and relief to safeguard the people's lives and property, according to the meeting.
The meeting approved a proposal on advancing AI plus actions, calling for accelerated popularization and integrated development of AI in all walks of life to synergize application and innovation.
It also stressed efforts to increase computing power and data supply, strengthen policy support and talent cultivation, and establish an open-source system to energize the development of the AI sector.
The meeting made arrangements for the implementation of interest subsidy policies for loans of consumers and service business entities.
It also approved a draft law on farmland conservation and quality improvement, and decided to submit the draft to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for deliberation.
