Oil prices fell on Thursday.
The West Texas Intermediate for November delivery lost 1.04 dollars, or 1.66 percent, to settle at 61.56 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for December delivery dropped 1.03 dollars, or 1.55 percent, to settle at 65.22 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.

Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on Oct 11, 2025, Israeli attacks have killed 451 people and wounded 1,251 others in the Gaza Strip.
