COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 10, 2025--

Venu Holding Corporation ("VENU" or the "Company") (NYSE American: VENU), the visionary owner, operator, and builder of upscale live music venues and premium hospitality destinations, this weekend celebrated the grand opening of its approximately 58,700 sq ft Sunset Hospitality Collection, the company’s largest entertainment and hospitality complex to date. The new destination features nine private luxury event spaces accommodating between 12 and 220 guests, including two grand Owners’ Clubs, anchored by Roth’s Sea & Steak and Brohan’s, the company’s newest fine dining restaurant and swanky cocktail lounge.

The $44.5 million venture has an estimated total guest capacity of just under 900. Perched along the edge of VENU's Pollstar-nominated Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs, the Sunset Hospitality Collection offers a stunning vantage point overlooking the stage and the Rocky Mountains. The complex blends refined dining and hospitality with the energy of live music while operating year-round as a standalone destination, independent of the concert calendar.

“With a sold-out grand opening, Chef Biswas and I are so proud of our team for their hard work and determination,” said Jeroen Erens, General Manager of Roth’s Sea & Steak and Brohan’s. “Thank you to everyone who supported the launch of this outstanding destination. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working around the world, and from the team to the cocktails, the wine selection to the menu, nothing compares to this. Roth’s is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.”

“We set out to build something that would change the culinary landscape here in Colorado, and I believe we have done just that,” said J.W. Roth, Founder, Chairman and CEO of VENU. “I am so proud of our team who poured their talent, creativity, and heart into every detail. It took millions of dollars to build, but it is the people, our chefs, our designers, and our staff who make the place what it is. This building carries my family’s name, and I could not be prouder of the legacy it represents and the memories it will hold for years to come.”

At the helm of Roth’s Sea & Steak and Brohan’s are Executive Chef Ricky Biswas and General Manager Jeroen Erens, guided by VENU Executive Vice President of Operations Vic Sutter, whose cumulative more than 15 years of luxury and fine dining experience helped bring the concept to life. Biswas honed his craft under Franck Putelat, recipient of both the Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Bocuse d’Or, at the two-Michelin-starred La Table de Franck Putelat, with additional training at acclaimed kitchens including The French Laundry, Coi, and PRESS. A native of the Netherlands, Erens’ career spans leadership positions at Michelin-starred restaurants and a tenure as Export Director for Austria’s Domäne Wachau, one of Europe’s most celebrated white wine producers. Sutter spent a decade with luxury hospitality brands across the nation, followed by another ten years with Live Nation, where he oversaw a national portfolio that included Brooklyn Bowl and House of Blues.

As noted above, the venue features two grand Owners Clubs, developed as part of an investment opportunity within the Sunset Hospitality Collection. Members enjoy sweeping mountain views, premium food and beverage service, and exclusive access to concerts at Ford Amphitheater. When not in use for performances, these spaces transition into private event spaces managed by the restaurant.
