Police received a report on January 4th that a basketball stand abruptly tilted forward and hit a 20-year-old man at a basketball court near Lok Man Sun Chuen. Suffering abrasions to his head and knee pain, the injured youth was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital while conscious for treatment.
