GREENVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 18, 2026--

Synapse ITS (“Synapse”) today announced the launch of SYO™, a new connected ecosystem designed to enhance intelligence and efficiency in signal monitoring operations.

This press release features multimedia. View the full release here: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260218529099/en/

SYO represents a strategic evolution of the Synapse ITS platform, bringing device data, diagnostics, and operational insight into a single, secure environment. Purpose-built for signal technicians and supervisors, SYO turns alerts into actionable answers, helping agencies understand what is happening at an intersection before a truck ever leaves the yard.

SYO connects compatible Eberle Design (EDI) signal monitors into a scalable ecosystem that supports dozens or even thousands of intersections, depending on an agency’s needs. It provides a unified view accessible from the field or the office, enabling technicians to access critical information via a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

“With SYO, we are taking the next step in Synapse’s evolution by moving beyond individual products and delivering a true, connected ecosystem,” said Geoff Wilcox, CEO of Synapse ITS. “This is about driving meaningful innovation that gives our customers clearer insight into their operations, faster response to issues, and greater confidence in how they manage critical infrastructure every day.”

Key benefits for EDI signal monitor users include:

“We are focused on embedding deeper intelligence into every layer of our technology,” said Josh LittleSun, Chief Technology Officer at Synapse ITS. “SYO points to a future where data leads to more practical insights, putting our expertise directly in the hands of technicians and supervisors and raising the standard for how traffic infrastructure is maintained.”

SYO (pronounced sigh-oh) is now available. To learn more and to view SYO compatible EDI signal monitors, visit synapse-its.com/SYO.
