Housing Bureau launches dedicated website on Wang Fuk Court long-term housing arrangement plan
The Housing Bureau today (March 27) announced that the dedicated website for the long-term housing arrangement plan for Wang Fuk Court (www.hb.gov.hk/wfc/eng) has been launched to provide a one-stop platform for Wang Fuk Court owners to access and refer to anytime regarding the latest news and information about the plan.
The dedicated website provides detailed information about the Special Sales Exercise, including the number of flats and size distributions in each project. It also introduces information about the Engagement Team, covering the service counters as well as the uniforms and identification of team members. The website also sets out frequently asked questions and the Government's responses to facilitate understanding among residents and the community. The Housing Bureau will update the information on the dedicated website in a timely manner, including press releases and social media posts, to assist Wang Fuk Court owners in clearly understanding the specific details of the plan.
The Government announced the long-term housing arrangement plan for Wang Fuk Court at the end of last month. The plan covers the acquisition of titles from the owners of flats in Blocks A to G of Wang Fuk Court. A total of 3 900 flats of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and the Hong Kong Housing Society have been reserved under the Special Sales Exercise for the owners who have sold their titles so that they may purchase or participate through the "Flat for Flat" arrangement. Starting from March 2, the Engagement Team, comprising more than 100 members co-ordinated by the Housing Bureau, has been directly engaging the owners to clearly explain the details of the Government's acquisition of titles and various housing arrangements, and to promptly address owners' questions. Apart from contacting the team members assigned to their households, Wang Fuk Court owners may also call the enquiry hotline at 2129 8133.

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) today (March 27) announced the winners of the IADS Developer Hackathonat the IADS Developer Conference held at the Hong Kong Science Park. The ceremony marks the successful conclusion of a six-month innovation journey that has further unleashed the potential of the Interbank Account Data Sharing (IADS) initiative.
Launched in October 2025, the Hackathon brought together the banking industry and fintech firms to collaborate on innovative, secure, customerconsented solutions, leveraging the IADS to accelerate digital transformation in Hong Kong's banking sector.
After a rigorous selection process and mentorship phase,fivefinalist teams presented their solutions today to a panel of judges.
Mr Nelson Chow, the Executive Director (Financial Infrastructure) of the HKMA, said, "The IADS Developer Hackathon has served as a catalyst for innovation in the banking sector. It has been truly encouraging to see participating teams deliver high-quality and practical solutions that open up new opportunities for financial services. Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen collaboration with banks and fintech firms to drive the industry's broader adoption of the IADS."
