In connection with the offering, the selling shareholder has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 11,250,000 common shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The IPO price is currently estimated to be between $24.00 and $27.00 per share. INNIO has applied to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "INIO."
