Lionel Messi had his first World Cup hat trick and tied the tournament's career scoring record while leading defending champion Argentina to a win over Algeria on Tuesday. Day 6 of the World Cup was full of standout performances by star players as France's Kylian Mbappé and Norway's Erling Haaland each scored two goals.
