A total of 40 business and industrial exchange activities have been held on Tuesday, the second day of the China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE).
Running through Friday, the five-day expo includes supply chain exhibitions in digital technology, advanced manufacturing, green agriculture, healthy life, smart vehicle, and clean energy, as well as a supply chain service zone.
As many as 11 enterprises launched their products on the day, covering fields such as agriculture, finance and supply chain services.
At the same time, five thematic exchange activities were also held.
South China's Hainan Province, one of the guest of honor provinces of the expo, held an investment promotion conference for the Hainan Free Trade Port, attracting many foreign representatives with its unique policy advantages.
"To be honest, it's very interesting about the comments mentioned in the conference and it would definitely be interesting for my country. The UAE has been importing lots of products and technology from China," said Prince Shaikh Ali Sultan Al Nuaimi from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In addition, Qinghai Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in northwest China also held industrial promotion and negotiation meetings, respectively. By leveraging the expo platform, they will connect their respective industries and resources with global innovation resources to better match industrial connections and partners.
"We mainly promote 10 major industries, including clean energy, equipment manufacturing, digital information and green agriculture, aiming to facilitate cooperation between Ningxia and key global enterprises in the industrial chain and supply chain," said Li Yanpeng, director of Exhibition Affairs Office under China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee.
A total of 70 business and industrial exchange activities are scheduled for the expo, including nine thematic activities, three events for the guests of honor, and 58 other activities.
