AI Video Is Moving Beyond Prompts: Flova Brings "All in One" to Agent-Native Video Creation

Flova.ai integrates Seedance 2.5 into its Agent-native video workflow, combining advanced generation capabilities with 100+ reusable Skills, project memory and production automation.

SINGAPORE, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Flova.ai has launched full support for Seedance 2.5 in its all-in-one AI video Agent, bringing the model into an end-to-end production workflow.

While AI models have become increasingly capable of generating high-quality individual clips, producing a complete, consistent and revision-ready video remains much harder.

Creators still have to coordinate scripts, references, models, assets, versions and revisions across fragmented tools.

Flova believes AI video is entering its next phase: moving from prompt-to-clip to intent-to-production.

Creators can give Flova a brief, script or creative direction. Flova's Agent understands the broader project and orchestrates the workflow—from storyboarding and asset management to revisions and rough cuts—while Seedance 2.5 handles video generation.

Guo Lie, founder and CEO of Flova.ai, said:

"The real challenge in AI video creation is not simply generating a video, but keeping a project moving forward. Characters need to stay consistent, shots need to connect, assets need to be managed, and creative decisions need to be remembered across revisions. Flova is designed to bring the Agent into real video projects, helping creators spend more time on creativity, aesthetics and storytelling. Creators direct ideas. Flova turns them into production."

From Prompting to Directing

The first generation of AI video tools asked creators to learn the language of models. Flova shifts that relationship: creators define the intent and make the important decisions, while the Agent handles production operations across multiple stages.

The creator remains the director. The Agent becomes the production team.

Flova calls this Agent-Native Video Production—an AI workflow designed to understand the broader project and carry creative decisions through production, rather than respond to isolated prompts.

An Agent That Understands the Project, Not Just the Prompt

A prompt captures a single request. A production depends on persistent context. Characters have relationships, stories have continuity and brands have rules. Visual styles must remain consistent, while long-form projects can span dozens of episodes and hundreds of shots.

Flova's Agent carries that project context throughout the production workflow. Creators can upload long-form scripts and production materials—up to 300,000 characters in a single upload—together with character profiles, world-building materials and production requirements.

A creator can provide the full script for a long-form series while asking the Agent to work on one episode or scene. Project materials become a persistent creative foundation instead of one-time inputs, so creators spend less time explaining and more time directing.

From Prompt Templates to Executable Creative Skills

Understanding a project is only part of production. Professional work also depends on knowing how a project should be executed. Flova's video-focused Skill Hub includes more than 100 reusable professional Skills.

A Skill is more than a prompt template: it is a reusable production playbook that captures methods, workflows and visual standards for an Agent to reuse, edit and execute.

Rather than starting from a blank prompt box, creators can adapt established production methods to each project.

The model generates. The Skill captures the craft. The Agent orchestrates the work. The creator makes the decisions.

This human-led, Agent-executed approach keeps creators in control at key stages, reviewing inputs and outputs and correcting direction, while the Agent manages assets, versions and repeatable work.

From prompting to directing. From generation to production.
