Advanced AI innovations from over 120 startups are showcased at the ongoing 2026 Inclusion Conference on the Bund in Shanghai. Under the theme of "Building the AI Economy Together," the 2026 edition of the conference is held from Wednesday to Saturday, attracting more than 500 investors worldwide.
Projects demonstrated at the event cover various aspects, such as AI infrastructure, embodied intelligence, healthcare, energy and new materials.
Discussions are also held on exploring how Chinese AI companies can strengthen their presence in overseas markets.
"Our first product Omniband targets at costumers from the North America and Europe. Apart from promoting our products, we will go overseas in other aspects as well in the future," said Wang Yi, a founder of Agiphant Tech.
In face of new technologies and applications, plenty of investors believe that the current AI investment, besides focusing on the technical advancement, favors those projects with clear application scenarios and sustainable paths to commercialization more.
"We have invested 70 percent of our previous primary fund on AI-related industries, such as AI chips, AI+ sectors. Later, I believe we will invest over 90 percent of capitals into AI, connecting more and more closely with this field," said Yan Qianhang, vice president of FreeS Fund.
