Ukraine is willing to participate in trilateral peace talks with Russia and the United States, and hopes the dialogue can be held in October, Heorhii Tykhyi, spokesman for the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said on Wednesday.
Tykhyi told a press conference in Kiev that Ukraine is willing to participate in leader-level meetings as well as trilateral talks at other levels.
He said Ukraine is working with international partners on five possible ceasefire formats, including a full and unconditional ceasefire, and proposals on the safety of navigation in the Black Sea, which are developed jointly with Türkiye and Egypt.
In addition, Ukraine is also reviewing an energy-related proposal put forward by India and an energy ceasefire discussed with the United States.
