BERKELEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 22, 2026--

Today, HTC announced the launch of VIVEE, a new collectible AI-powered lifestyle accessory that brings personality, entertainment, and everyday convenience into a compact, interactive design. Roughly the size of an egg, VIVEE can sit on a desk or attach to a bag, making it easy to incorporate into everyday routines.

This press release features multimedia. View the full release here: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20261022888626/en/

Each VIVEE features a distinctive personality and expressive animations, with interchangeable Suits that offer additional customization and unlock unique interactions and features. Designed for those who appreciate technology with character, VIVEE offers a new way to personalize the digital experience.

“VIVEE's origin story brings together imagination, technology, and a touch of science fiction,” said Cher Wang, Chairwoman and CEO at HTC. “The story begins with beings made of pure energy who traveled to Earth to discover what it means to be human. That sense of curiosity and discovery inspired VIVEE's design, creating an interactive experience that brings personality and a fresh perspective to everyday technology.”

“We're seeing growing interest in technology that reflects individual style and personality. With VIVEE, we wanted to create something that goes beyond traditional functionality -- an expressive, customizable experience that fits naturally into people's daily lives,” she said.

Technology with Personality

VIVEE is designed as an interactive lifestyle accessory rather than a conventional digital assistant. Its animated display features expressive reactions, while touch and motion sensors enable intuitive, responsive interactions.

VIVEE combines entertainment with practical everyday features, including reminders, interactive activities, guided meditation, music playback through its built-in speaker, and casual AI-powered conversations.

Whether displayed on a desk, carried throughout the day, or customized to reflect individual style, VIVEE offers a distinctive way to interact with technology.

Privacy-Conscious by Design

VIVEE is designed with privacy in mind. Its core features do not require users to connect their email, social media, banking, or other personal accounts.

A physical microphone on/off switch provides direct control over microphone activation. HTC also incorporates privacy and security safeguards into VIVEE's AI-powered functionality, including measures designed to de-identify information before it is shared with third-party AI service providers. User interactions are not used to train general-purpose large language models.

Availability and Pricing

VIVEE will be available for pre-order beginning October 22, 2026, through hivivee.com and participating online retailers.

From October 22 through November 30, 2026, VIVEE will be available at a promotional pre-order price of USD $99, with a regular retail price of USD $119. Orders are expected to begin shipping in early December 2026.

Availability, colors, and Suits may vary by region. Visit hivivee.com for additional product information, regional availability, and applicable promotional terms.
