NEW YORK, Oct. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dimora Medical, a pioneer in professional wound care, supported the HS Connect Empower Conference 2026. Taking place on October 16-17 in Houston, Texas, this premier event is dedicated to educating, connecting, and empowering individuals impacted by hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Through the distribution of its advanced wound care products, Dimora Medical aims to bring scientific, home-based care solutions directly to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

As a leading advocate for HS awareness, HS Connect hosts the Empower Conference to provide expert-led sessions on treatment options, pain management, mental health, and self-advocacy. The conference serves as a vital platform where patients and caregivers can share real experiences, find meaningful support, and gain practical tools for managing this chronic condition.

For many people living with HS, wound care is an ongoing daily challenge. Recurrent lesions can repeatedly open and drain, producing substantial exudate in sensitive areas where the skin is often fragile and easily irritated. Frequent dressing changes can also be uncomfortable or painful, creating a need for wound care products that combine strong fluid management with gentle skin protection.

Designed with these challenges in mind, Dimora Silicone Foam Dressing features the proprietary MegaSorb™ dual-absorption system that absorbs and locks in exudate, helping manage high levels of wound drainage. With an absorption capacity of up to 15 times its own weight, the dressing is engineered to support extended fluid management in daily care settings. The soft silicone contact layer is designed to be low-irritation and does not adhere directly to the wound bed, helping minimize discomfort during dressing changes while protecting fragile surrounding skin.

During the two-day conference, Dimora Medical distributed its 4x4 inch silicone foam dressings in attendee gift bags. The product packaging includes customized packaging sleeves that highlight key product benefits and provide a channel for users to share feedback, fostering deeper engagement between the brand and the HS community. The dressings were also provided for attendee use during the event, reflecting the practical role that wound care plays in the daily lives of many people living with HS. Organizers later expressed appreciation for the contribution.

The sponsorship builds on Dimora Medical's ongoing engagement with the HS community. In 2025, the brand supported an HS Connect 5K Walk focused on fundraising and HS education, and later contributed wound care products to the organization's Empower Workshop.

Through continued collaboration with patient communities and healthcare stakeholders, Dimora Medical aims to better understand the everyday challenges associated with chronic and complex wounds and translate those insights into practical wound care solutions. Its participation in Empower HS 2026 reflects that commitment, while creating another opportunity to listen to patients, caregivers, advocates, and clinicians and learn from their real-world experiences.

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DCK Tools, a pro brand of Dongcheng, showcased its battery-powered lawn and garden equipment at Equip Exposition 2026, held October 21–23 at the Kentucky Exposition Center. At West Wing, Booth 42577, DCK highlighted its 20V, 40V and 58V garden equipment ranges, with a fully battery-powered zero-turn riding lawn mower as a centerpiece.

Focused on lawn and landscape applications, the display covered everyday garden maintenance through to large-area lawn care. The lineup brought together equipment for mowing, trimming, cutting and clearing, providing landscape professionals and dealers with product choices suited to different property sizes, workloads and maintenance requirements.

The 20V range offered cordless options for routine garden tasks, while the 40V series further expanded DCK's garden tool selection. The 58V lineup included self-propelled mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws and string trimmers for more demanding applications, broadening the brand's offering across lawn and garden maintenance.

The featured zero-turn riding lawn mower is built on DCK's 58V lithium-ion battery platform. Designed for larger lawn areas, it combines zero-turn maneuverability with flexible battery configurations and 16 cutting-height settings. Users can select battery capacity and cutting height according to their mowing requirements.

The mower's LKA line-keeping assist works with the motor controller and onboard IMU sensor to help correct directional drift, including deviation caused by slipping on slopes. Its operator controls and ergonomic seating design support convenient operation and comfort during extended mowing tasks.

Complementing the outdoor equipment showcase, DCK also presented its 20V and 40V professional power tools. DCK's 20V batteries are compatible with both its 20V garden tools and its 20V power tools, allowing users to move between garden maintenance, installation and repair tasks using the same battery platform. This shared system simplifies battery management and reduces the need for separate battery systems.

During the exhibition, visitors showed strong interest in DCK's products and provided highly positive feedback following in-depth discussions with the team and hands-on experience with the equipment.

The showcase highlighted DCK's expanding outdoor power equipment portfolio and provided an opportunity to strengthen connections with North American professional users and channel partners.
