HONG KONG, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At Hong Kong FinTech Week 2026, Ant Digital Technologies (Ant DT) unveiled its "Agent Factory," a full-scenario AI solution framework for the agentic AI era, and announced a major upgrade to its security platform ZOLOZ, introducing KYA (Know Your Agent), a trust governance solution designed for the age of AI agents.
At the event, Ant DT showcased its Agent Factory full-stack capabilities, from AI platforms to blockchain infrastructure, working as an integrated system for the agentic AI era. Agentar demonstrated how agents move from development and deployment to scaled management; ZOLOZ showcased how to address identity verification and security risks in the agent era; LingDT provided specialized model capabilities for complex industry tasks. Blockchain and privacy-preserving computation technologies further ensured secure and trusted data circulation and business collaboration.
Agent Management Becomes the Next Challenge
"AI to B is becoming a core strategic focus for Ant Digital Technologies," said Wenbiao Zhao, CEO of Ant Digital Technologies. Zhao outlined three stages of enterprise AI evolution: from enterprises adopting large models, to agents entering business workflows, to agents entering organizational operations. "When the number of agents grows from a handful to dozens or hundreds, how to produce, run, and manage agents at scale becomes a new challenge. That is why Ant DT built the Agent Factory."
According to IDC, Ant DT ranks first among non-cloud vendors and fourth overall in China's private deployment market for agent development platforms, and holds the leading 13.3% market share in the financial industry large model platform, agent application, and services market.
At the AI and DeepTech Forum, Dr. Ying Yan, Chief Technology Officer of Ant Digital Technologies, shared the company's hands-on experience in deploying enterprise agents. She noted that bringing AI agents into real production environments involves three challenges: the semantic gap, the trust deficit, and cost overrun. Ant DT addresses these through the Agentic AI Full Stack: DTOntology to map scattered business knowledge into an AI-readable ontology, DTHarness to govern execution and hold the floor, and DTRouter + LingDT to make inference affordable. All capabilities are scenario-hardened in financial-grade deployments, built to cross the last mile and turn agents into productivity.
From KYC and KYB to KYA
As a key pillar of the Agent Factory's trust foundation, Leo Li, President of International Business at Ant DT, officially launched the ZOLOZ KYA solution at the event. KYA extends ZOLOZ's mature KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) verification capabilities to the agent scenario, evolving from verifying people and businesses to verifying AI agents, and providing full-lifecycle trust governance for every agent produced. "Agentar builds the agents, and ZOLOZ certifies them," said Leo Li. "KYA is the trust foundation of Ant DT's AI Agent Factory."
Once agents enter real production environments, trust matters as much as intelligence. At the Policy and Vision Forum, Zhuoqun Bian, President of Blockchain Business at Ant DT, shared her perspective: "When agents begin to interact with systems on behalf of users, how to verify agent identity, define authorization boundaries, and ensure traceability and accountability become critical. The combination of blockchain and AI will open up vast possibilities for agent commerce." She emphasized that scaling agent commerce requires not only technological breakthroughs but also robust governance mechanisms and sustainable business models.
Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK 2026 focuses on three engines for sustained growth: financial empowerment, technology innovation, and global expansion. The event is expected to attract over 45,000 participants, more than 1,000 speakers, and 800-plus exhibitors and start-ups.
"Hong Kong's open innovation ecosystem and global connectivity make it the best testing ground for frontier technologies. We will use our overseas headquarters as a hub to build our global AI Agent Factory," Zhao said.
