Latest HexClad Innovation Combines Exclusive Temperature-Control Technology with Striking Design to Elevate the Art of Entertaining
NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HexClad, the revolutionary kitchen brand that pioneered the hybrid cookware category, today unveiled the HexClad Wine Chiller. The latest addition to the brand's expanding barware collection, the Wine Chiller brings HexClad's obsession with performance and bold design to the way wine is enjoyed. Its first-of-its-kind temperature-control technology keeps wine at its intended serving temperature from the first glass to the last.
Temperature has the power to change a bottle of wine. White wine can lose its brightness as it warms, while red wine is often enjoyed well above its ideal range. Keeping a bottle at the right temperature remains surprisingly imprecise. HexClad engineered a better way.
At its center is a first-of-its-kind dual-puck system engineered to maintain distinct temperatures for red and white wine within a single chiller. Two interchangeable Stay-Cool Pucks use phase-change material technology to maintain approximately 45°F for white wine and 60°F for red. Simply freeze the appropriate puck, place it inside the chiller and position a pre-chilled bottle on top. Once in place, the system keeps the wine at the right temperature for up to four hours, without the melting ice and condensation that can take over the table.
"The hybrid pan was HexClad's first category-defining product. The Wine Chiller carries that ambition forward," said Daniel Winer, co-founder and CEO of HexClad. "It brings together purposeful innovation and exceptional design to transform a familiar essential into something entirely new. It's what we're known for and what we do best."
The Wine Chiller marks the latest chapter in HexClad's creative collaboration with STILL G.I.N. By Dre and Snoop. Internationally acclaimed designer Ini Archibong, creative director for STILL G.I.N. By Dre and Snoop, established the collection's visual language through the distinctive honeycomb geometry of the STILL G.I.N. By Dre and Snoop bottle, then carried it into the HexClad Cocktail Shaker. The Wine Chiller evolves that shared aesthetic for a new ritual, expanding the collaboration from cocktails into the wider world of modern entertaining.
For the Wine Chiller, Archibong designed the sculptural exterior, giving it the presence of a true centerpiece. Finished in Mirror Chrome and Gold, its signature hex-faceted form catches the light from every angle. Double-wall, vacuum-insulated construction helps maintain temperature.
The Wine Chiller leads HexClad's 2026 holiday barware lineup, joined by four new additions to the Cocktail Shaker collection. The 25-ounce shaker, priced at $99 in the U.S., is now available in Antique Brass and Gunmetal Black alongside the existing Gold and Chrome finishes. A new 20-ounce size, designed for a generous single serving and priced at $89 in the U.S., debuts in Rose Gold and Chrome with the same double-wall insulation, built-in jigger, strainer and leakproof construction.
The HexClad Wine Chiller is available beginning today in the U.S., Canada and Australia. It will launch in the United Kingdom and the European Union on Nov. 6. The U.S. price is $149; pricing varies in other markets.

HEXCLAD BRINGS CATEGORY-DEFINING INNOVATION TO THE WINE CHILLER
SG-INSIGHT study will extend whole-genome sequencing to nearly 1 in 10 Singapore residents, generating evidence to inform how precision medicine could be implemented in Singapore's healthcare system
SINGAPORE, Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Illumina, Inc. (Nasdaq: ILMN) announced it has been selected to provide whole-genome sequencing services for the SG-INSIGHT study, a cohort under Phase III of Singapore's National Precision Medicine (NPM) programme. Expected to include approximately one in 10 Singapore residents, or around 450,000 individuals, the study is designed to generate evidence from genomic and health data to help inform preventive approaches to healthcare.
The study marks an important and planned transition from studying genomics primarily in healthy volunteers to studying those with a broad range of medical conditions. By connecting genomic information with real-world health data, SG-INSIGHT aims to better understand disease and treatment responses, support the responsible introduction of genetic screening in Singapore's public healthcare system, and help healthcare become more tailored to individuals over time.
"Singapore is showing what the future of precision medicine can look like at national scale," said Jacob Thaysen, Chief Executive Officer of Illumina. "By bringing genomic information closer to everyday healthcare, this programme has the potential to advance understanding of disease, generate evidence that support more informed care decisions, and ultimately move healthcare toward earlier, more precise intervention. We are proud to bring Illumina's technology, expertise and longstanding presence in Singapore to help make that vision possible."
"Phase III builds on nearly a decade of precision medicine in Singapore," said Professor Patrick Tan, Executive Director of PRECISE. "By extending the programme to patients across the public healthcare system, SG-INSIGHT aims to deepen understanding of how genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors are associated with health and disease. Phase III reflects Singapore's ambition to build a trusted and sustainable precision health ecosystem grounded in the needs and diversity of its population."
Illumina will perform the sequencing in Singapore through its local genomics facility where scientific, laboratory and bioinformatics teams will oversee sample preparation, sequencing, and genomic data analysis. Co-located with Illumina's manufacturing and R&D operations, the facility will seek the necessary accreditation and comply with Singapore's Healthcare Services Act 2020 (HCSA), strengthening its commitment to quality, safety, regulatory compliance and biomedical innovation.
Illumina's selection for the SG-INSIGHT Study was awarded through an international competitive tender. It builds on an existing multi-year engagement, through which Illumina supported the successful implementation and delivery of NPM Phase II, PRECISE-SG100K, covering more than 100,000 genomes from healthy volunteers.
"For nearly two decades, Singapore has been one of Illumina's most important centres for innovation, manufacturing and talent in Asia Pacific," said Nilesh Shah, Head of Region, Asia Pacific, Illumina. "Our long-standing relationship with PRECISE represents the next chapter in that commitment - combining Singapore's leadership in precision health with Illumina's local genomic capabilities and regional expertise. We remain committed to investing in the people, technology and partnerships that can help advance genomics responsibly in Singapore and across the region."
Illumina established its presence in Singapore in 2008. Today, Singapore serves as the company's Asia Pacific regional headquarters and one of its largest hubs outside the United States, with more than 1,700 employees across three locations. Illumina operations in Singapore encompass commercial operations, manufacturing, and R&D, supporting global research and innovation across sequencing platforms, software, and emerging technologies.
