By holding her breath, He Haohao spent three days in shooting the dance. She came up for air every 50 seconds, and repeatedly went down into the water to shoot more than 200 times a day. He Haohao learned swimming at the age of 6 and synchronized swimming at the age of 8. She has been engaged in underwater dancing for more than 5 years. When talking about her 「going viral on Chinese social media」, she said it was not her but Chinese culture!
