數據顯示,失眠及情緒低落參加者缺乏不同腸道益生菌
近年研究顯示,腸道微生物與精神健康息息相關,腸道更可説是人體第二大腦。香港腸道微生物組學會最新研究分析97名本地失眠及情緒低落患者,發現其腸道分別缺乏不同菌群。與對照組相比,60% 睡眠欠佳者缺乏雙叉雙歧桿菌,另外87% 情緒低落者缺乏嗜酸乳桿菌。
針對性調理腸道微生態2個月,可得顯著改善

腸-腦軸為改善精神健康的最新方向
近年,腸-腦軸(gut-brain axis),是近年研究精神健康的最新方向。腸道微生物產生如血清素等代謝物,跟腸壁下的免疫系統傳遞資訊。隨後,它們也利用神經和內分泌系統連繫大腦應對壓力和管理情緒的區域。
