Luckily, it found help!

A very abnormal endangered female tiger disobeyed its natural instincts to leave the wild and walked into a village to seek humans' help over its dental problems.

The animal is of the species of Siberian tigers, which it lives in its snowy natural habitat in eastern Russia. It walked to a remote house and quietly lay down on the porch.

It's rare for the big cat to contact humans in such an active and direct way, but its dental problem exhausted it to the dying situation.

Galina Tsimano, who lives in far-flung Solontsovy, 3,915 miles east of Moscow, found the big cat on the outskirts of the village on 31 Jan morning.

"Alexey Khaideyev came across a tiger on his porch," Galina said.

"He wanted to go out to the yard in the morning, but his door was pressed by 'someone' from outside.

"He began to push the door and heard a tiger growling.

"He went back inside and started calling all the emergency services."

Tiger experts examined the ten years old female big cat and were sure it was seeking humans' help as a desperate last resort since it didn't pounce on the man who discovered it even it did not let him approach too close.

Now the predator has been sent to a rehabilitation centre in Alekseevka village and an acute problem in the beast's jaw was identified.

"The tigress behaved absolutely peacefully as if she was waiting for help," Sergey Aramilev, director of the Amur Tiger Centre, told The Siberian Times.

He said visible injuries are found from hunting guns but the condition of the animal is severe and it needs urgent action.

"The tigress is thoroughly exhausted," said the Conservationist Yury Kolpak, from Russia's Ministry of Natural Resources. "She has serious gum problems and there are no upper teeth."

A Ukrainian drone strike killed one person and wounded three others in the Russian city of Voronezh, local officials said Sunday.

A young woman died overnight in a hospital intensive care unit after debris from a drone fell on a house during the attack on Saturday, regional Gov. Alexander Gusev said on Telegram.

Three other people were wounded and more than 10 apartment buildings, private houses and a high school were damaged, he said, adding that air defenses shot down 17 drones over Voronezh. The city is home to just over 1 million people and lies some 250 kilometers (155 miles) from the Ukrainian border.

The attack came the day after Russia bombarded Ukraine with hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles overnight into Friday, killing at least four people in the capital Kyiv, according to Ukrainian officials.

For only the second time in the nearly four-year war, Russia used a powerful new hypersonic missile that struck western Ukraine in a clear warning to Kyiv and NATO.

The intense barrage and the launch of the nuclear-capable Oreshnik missile followed reports of major progress in talks between Ukraine and its allies on how to defend the country from further aggression by Moscow if a U.S.-led peace deal is struck.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Saturday in his nightly address that Ukrainian negotiators “continue to communicate with the American side.”

Chief negotiator Rustem Umerov was in contact with U.S. partners Saturday, he said.

Separately, Ukraine’s General Staff said Russia targeted Ukraine with 154 drones overnight into Sunday and 125 were shot down.
