The philosophy behind Guanlan

Derek Yang, Vice President of Hikvision International Business Center, remarked: "Guanlan's core philosophy of uncovering hidden patterns aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver smarter, faster, and clearer insights through large-scale AI models."

Hikvision's Guanlan Large-Scale AI Models feature a three-tier architecture, consisting of foundation models such as large vision, language, and multimodal models, industry models at the intermediate layer, and task models at the top. A Refreshing Summer Found Only Here
HAKONE, Japan, June 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hakone Retreat före & villa 1/f, an evolving resort hotel nestled in the natural beauty of Sengokuhara, Hakone (Kanagawa Prefecture) and a partner hotel of Hotel Management Japan, invites guests to experience a refreshing summer escape starting Saturday, June 7, 2025. This special seasonal program is designed to immerse guests in a "highland retreat" that cools all five senses.
As Japan's summers grow increasingly intense, with more days frequently exceeding 35°C, many urban dwellers choose to stay indoors, and international travelers are beginning to express concern about enduring the summer heat in Japan. While Hakone was once a popular summer destination, lower-altitude areas like Odawara and Hakone-Yumoto are gradually losing that appeal due to rising temperatures.
However, Sengokuhara, where our retreat is located, sits in the highlands with an elevation of about 660 meters. According to meteorological studies, the temperature drops by approximately 0.6°C for every 100-meter increase in elevation. This means Sengokuhara can be around 4°C cooler than the city during the day. At dusk, a gentle breeze flows through the forest, sunlight filters softly through the trees, and the sounds of insects fill the air, creating a deeply soothing "highland evening" atmosphere.
Although Hakone is primarily associated with hot springs, its charm as a summer destination for escaping the heat is still not widely known. That's why we aim to highlight the hidden appeal of Hakone—as a refreshing summer retreat—through the natural advantages of Sengokuhara's elevation.
At Hakone Retreat före & villa 1/f, we are proud to offer a wide variety of seasonal programs that allow guests to experience "coolness", not only via the temperature but through immersive sensory experiences, providing an escape where nature soothes and refreshes the mind and body.
