Parulian George Andreas Silalahi, deputy director of the Indonesian Embassy in China, delivered a keynote speech during the event, highlighting 75 years of China-Indonesia cooperation in politics, economy, trade, and cultural exchanges. His remarks struck a chord with students from diverse backgrounds.

Annetta also emphasized China's role as Indonesia's largest trading partner, noting successful collaborations in railway construction, palm oil and mineral trade, and advancements in new energy vehicles.

"As an Indonesian student studying in China, I sincerely hope that the close relationship between our two countries will continue to grow. With China being Indonesia's largest trading partner, reaching over 147 billion U.S. dollars in trade volume in 2024 alone, our relationship is more important than ever," she said.

She highlighted that in recent years, a growing number of Indonesian students have come to China to study. As an Indonesian student in China, she expressed hopes that the two countries will continue to work together to build a brighter future.
