The popularity of Chinese food is rising in many European cities as personnel and cultural exchanges between China and Europe steadily increase.
In street interviews with China Media Group (CMG), European residents shared their view of Chinese cuisine and their favorite Chinese dishes.
In Madrid, residents say the presence of Chinese food in the city is ever-growing.
"I have tried many typical Chinese dishes, including fried rice, various noodles, and roast duck," said Cristina, a resident.
"Chinese food has become more and more common in recent years," said Guillermo, another resident.
Berlin residents also expressed their deep love for traditional Chinese food, as well as Chinese beverages.
"I have drunk many Chinese brands of tea. The reason I like Chinese food is that all the ingredients are freshly cooked," said Cordula, a resident.
"My favorite is hot pot, which is also available in Berlin. It is delicious, but I can't eat spicy food. There is also bubble milk tea, which is becoming more and more popular. I often drink it with friends," said Anna, another Berliner.
"I have eaten Peking duck, which is delicious, and dumplings are also delicious," said Holger, another resident.
