The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has launched a “Hong Kong Summer Viva” campaign to promote a selection of exciting mega events across the city for locals and visitors to enjoy. As part of the campaign, the HKTB is giving its full support to the large-scale CHIIKAWA DAYS exhibition organised by creative brand AllRightsReserved (ARR) in special cooperation with CHIIKAWA’s official licensor, Spiralcute International. By harnessing the widespread popularity of this IP, the HKTB aims to boost the city’s appeal and attract more overnight visitors to Hong Kong.

The HKTB in collaboration with ARR is launching a brand-new e-stamp rally called CHIIKAWA DAYS: CHIIKAWA in Hong Kong Neighbourhoods from today (28 July) until 24 August. The rally will bring the exclusive “YUM CHA” Art featuring dim sum-themed appearances by Chiikawa & friends to four tourism hotspots around the city, inviting both locals and visitors to explore different neighbourhoods.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has reopened “Winter Wonderland in Central” in Statue Square from December 10. In addition, the “Starlight Boulevard” on Chater Road and the “Immersive Light Show in Central” will also be launched. The launch ceremony of the light show, which was scheduled to be held on November 28, will be postponed due to the influence of the Tai Po fire.

The “Immersive Light Show in Central” will feature winter icons through projections, LED animations, and lighting effects beamed across the façades of eight iconic buildings in Central, together with holographic projections on installations and trees in Statue Square. HKTB hopes the event will spread warmth, hope, and blessings of peace to all the people in Hong Kong. Moreover, the event partners will also donate the proceeds to support people in need.
