The Palestinian death toll in the Gaza Strip from Israeli attacks had risen to 61,499, with 153,575 others injured since October 7, 2023, Gaza's health authorities said in a statement on Monday.
Israeli military operations in the enclave over the past 24 hours have resulted in the deaths of 69 Palestinians and 362 injuries, according to the statement.
Also on Monday, the media committee in the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank said in a statement that Israeli military operations in Jenin city and the refugee camp had been ongoing for 203 days, resulting in over 22,000 displaced residents.
According to the statement, Israeli military operations in Jenin and its refugee camp since January 21 have led to the complete destruction of over 620 local houses, as well as extensive damage to the area's infrastructure.
In addition, Israeli troops have blocked the entrance to the Jenin refugee camp, prohibiting residents from approaching, and have been firing at residents near the camp.
