“Larry’s expertise is exactly what Capital Solutions Group needs at this stage in our growth,” said Jeff May, CEO of CSG. “His track record of scaling companies, building trusted customer relationships and delivering technology that matters to national security will accelerate our journey as we compete with much larger players in the market. Our North Star is ensuring that mission always comes first, and Larry is the right leader to help us get there.”

Capital Solutions Group delivers mission-first solutions at the intersection of operational capability and critical enterprise systems. The company combines deep mission knowledge with technical expertise and proprietary product innovation to create tools that strengthen security, speed decision-making and improve efficiency. Unlike firms that only provide services, CSG blends unique IP with advanced integration know-how to help agencies meet pressing mission needs with speed and agility.

As COO, Denton will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strategies across all corporate functions are aligned and executed effectively. As CGO, he will lead both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, build customer relationships, identify and secure new work, and guide the company’s marketing and industry engagement.

“I’m honored to join CSG at such an important time,” Denton said. “CSG is exactly the kind of innovation partner national security agencies need today. This team brings together technical depth and mission understanding, with proven leadership in designing and deploying powerful new tools for classified environments. I look forward to building on that legacy of success and helping the company expand its positive impact.”

Denton brings over 30 years of experience in defense technology, including more than two decades in leadership roles across the national security technology industry. A U.S. Navy veteran and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he has built and led high-performing teams delivering technology in support of national security missions. Most recently, he served as vice president of enterprise cloud solutions at CACI International Inc., following its 2024 acquisition of Applied Insight, where he was president and CGO. Denton previously served as CGO at Bridges Consulting.
