PITTSBURGH, Dec. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Optimus Technologies, a leader in advanced biodiesel engine technology, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui"), one of the world's most diversified and respected trading and investment companies, operating across approximately 62 countries. Under this agreement, Mitsui has secured the exclusive rights as a distributor of Optimus' Vector System™ and related products in Japan, India, and ASEAN countries.

This expansion builds on the strong collaborative foundation between the two companies and reflects a shared commitment to scalable, practical decarbonization solutions at a pivotal moment in the global energy transition.

As industries worldwide reassess timelines and strategies for electrification and hydrogen adoption, fleets and operators face an urgent need for commercially viable, sustainable alternatives today. Through this expanded partnership, Optimus and Mitsui are positioned to deliver immediate impact, helping organizations across Asia make measurable progress toward their carbon reduction goals.

"This MOU represents more than just regional expansion - it's a strategic alignment," said Colin Huwyler, CEO of Optimus Technologies. "Mitsui's global reach, deep market expertise, and longstanding commitment to sustainability create an unparalleled opportunity to accelerate deployment of our technology in some of the world's most dynamic and fast-growing economies."

The partnership highlights the rising demand for low-carbon liquid fuels and reinforces biodiesel's role as a scalable, cost-effective pathway to decarbonization. It also strengthens Optimus Technologies' position as the global leader in 100% biodiesel (B100) fuel systems and technology. The Optimus Vector System is a bolt-on upgrade that enables diesel engines to operate on B100, achieving near-zero carbon emissions without compromising performance or reliability. The system intelligently manages and conditions biodiesel to ensure optimal combustion under all operating conditions and can be deployed as a retrofit for existing trucks or integrated with OEMs in new-build applications. With over 150 million real-world miles logged by Optimus-equipped heavy-duty trucks, the Vector System has proven its ability to dramatically reduce emissions while maintaining high performance.

Together, Optimus and Mitsui aim to leverage this momentum to deliver decarbonization solutions at a global scale, opening new opportunities for fleets and shippers committed to reducing emissions while meeting the economic and operational demands of heavy-duty transportation.

About Optimus Technologies:

Optimus provides advanced fuel system technology that upgrades heavy-duty diesel engines to run on 100% biogenic fuels, delivering immediate, scalable, and cost-effective fleet decarbonization. Optimus' solution seamlessly integrates into existing operations, driving sustainability forward for public, private, and for-hire fleets without compromising performance or operations.

BENGALURU, India, Dec. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Exito's presence in ASEAN isn't an overnight story. It's the result of fifteen years spent building one of the most reliable, productive, and commercially impactful event ecosystems in the B2B technology space.

Since its inception, Exito has delivered more than 1,000 events across 25+ countries, connecting over 200,000 attendees and linking technology vendors, enterprises, and government leaders in ways that move markets. This long-standing global experience is exactly what laid the foundation for Exito's accelerated success across ASEAN in the past five years.

And here's the thing: the region's digital transformation wave isn't slowing down. Enterprises are modernising faster, governments are driving strong digital-first mandates, and vendors are competing to capture the next big cycle of demand across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, fintech, DevOps, and enterprise IT. In this surge, Exito has become the trusted neutral ground where serious conversations turn into partnerships, pilots, and real commercial outcomes.

A Five-Year ASEAN Story Fueled by Momentum

Over the past half-decade, Exito has delivered 100+ high-impact exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows across ASEAN, shaping the region's B2B tech ecosystem with remarkable consistency. Across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, and Hanoi, Exito's platforms have emerged as the meeting point for senior IT leaders, digital strategists, regulators, and global technology providers.

The impact has been direct and measurable:

  • Vendors have accelerated regional entry and expanded their pipelines.
  • Enterprises have found faster access to credible solution partners.
  • Government bodies have used Exito platforms to push national digital blueprints and innovation agendas.

This isn't about event volume. It's about market creation.

2025: A Breakout Year That Proved the Model

2025 set a new benchmark for Exito in ASEAN. Packed auditoriums, exponential B2B meeting numbers, and a record count of returning sponsors reinforced one thing:
