LOS ANGELES (AP) — Harrison Bader and Eric Haase homered back-to-back for the tying and go-ahead runs in the fifth inning, and the San Francisco Giants beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-2 on Tuesday night.
Haase tied the game with a solo shot in the third — his first homer since May 7, 2025. He nearly went deep a third time in the seventh when Andy Pages caught Haase's long drive at the center field wall. Bader’s two-strike homer was his first since March 30 and tied the game before Haase went deep again for a 3-2 lead.

Shohei Ohtani homered for the first time since April 26 for the Dodgers.
San Francisco has won four of five and three in a row for the first time since April 16-18.
Giants starter Adrian Houser (1-4) allowed two runs and three hits in 5 2/3 innings. He struck out four and walked three in beating the Dodgers for the first time in his career.

Yamamoto gave up five runs and six hits in 6 1/3 innings while striking out eight.
Ohtani gave the Dodgers a 2-1 lead in the third with his seventh homer. The two-way superstar singled, walked, struck out and grounded out. He scored the Dodgers' first run on Will Smith's sacrifice fly in the first.

Martinez, Patrick Bailey and Bryan Rocchio drove in runs for Cleveland, which improved to 29-4 against the Angels at Progressive Field since 2015. The Guardians have won the first two games in the series despite being outhit twice.

YANKEES 6, ORIOLES 2
BALTIMORE (AP) — Paul Goldschmidt homered on the first pitch of the game, Trent Grisham hit a three-run shot and New York beat Baltimore to end a four-game losing streak.
Will Warren (5-1) allowed two runs and four hits in 5 2/3 innings for the Yankees. It was a bounce-back performance by the right-hander, who yielded six runs over four innings to Texas in his previous start.
Goldschmidt’s fourth career leadoff homer and second in four days put New York in front for good, and Grisham’s drive made it 6-0 in the third. Both home runs came off lefty Trevor Rogers, who lasted only four innings in his return from the injured list following an extended illness.
Pitching for the first time since April 25, Rogers (2-4) gave up six runs and six hits, raising his ERA to 5.77 compared to 1.81 in 2025.
PIRATES 3, ROCKIES 1
PITTSBURGH (AP) — Paul Skenes allowed two hits over eight masterful innings to help Pittsburgh topple Colorado.
The reigning National League Cy Young winner carried a no-hitter into the seventh while retiring 18 of the first 19 batters he faced. Colorado’s Mickey Moniak broke up the no-hit bid when he dumped a single into left-center field with one out in the seventh. Skenes (6-2) retired Hunter Goodman and TJ Rumfield to end the threat.
Skenes returned for the eighth, giving up a one-out double to Troy Johnston before getting a flyout and a ground ball. The 23-year-old received a standing ovation on his way back to the dugout after throwing out Ezequiel Tovar to end the eighth. Skenes tipped his cap before making his way down the dugout steps after finishing with a season-high 10 strikeouts and lowering his ERA to 1.98.
Oneil Cruz had three hits for the Pirates. Nick Gonzales added two hits, including an RBI-single off Michael Lorenzen (2-5) in the first that gave Skenes all the offense he would need.

Washington has 50 homers this season and surpassed its previous high of four in a game, set on May 6 in a win over Minnesota.
Reds starter Brady Singer was struck on the right foot by a line drive off the bat of Lile in the second inning but remained in the game after being assessed by training staff. He later had an X-ray that came back clean, the team said.
