As the Communist Party of China (CPC) prepares to celebrate the 105th anniversary of its founding on July 1, political figures and policy analysts from around the world have praised the Party's achievements across multiple fields, saying that they provide important examples for party building and national governance worldwide.

Lozada Garcia, head of the International Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, highlighted China’s achievements in poverty eradication and global governance.

"For the Cuban Communists, the achievements of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese fighters are also our own achievements. Therefore, we accept these achievements with great joy and sincere respect, regarding them as an important reference for our country's socialist construction process. In the 15 years under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, many of China's achievements have been largely realized. These include the elimination of extreme poverty, and China's various initiatives for developing countries, particularly the Belt and Road Initiative, which has become one of the important channels for deepening interaction between China and the Global South," he said.

Other observers said the development of the CPC in both theory and practice has served as a paradigm for countries around the world.

"President Xi Jinping's ideas on party building have become an important part of his ideas on socialism with Chinese characteristics. This demonstrates that China's strength rests not only on economics and technology, but also on the CPC's ability to continually strengthen itself as a strategically-minded and historically-responsible political force, representing the just choice of the Chinese people. Today, the role of the CPC cannot be viewed solely within a national framework: its experience is increasingly important for the global discussion on development paths, just governance, and the future of human civilization," said Emin Gasimov, director of the Azerbaijani Center for Study of Culture, Development, and Global Initiative.

"The Communist Party of China has been able to combine Marxism, the ideological cornerstone of its founding over a century ago, with its own rich and long-standing culture, drawing upon all the excellent achievements of the past while discarding what is no longer applicable. This is a great innovation and a significant theoretical contribution of the Communist Party of China to the world," said Alberto Lombardo, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Italy.

International observers also said that under the leadership of the CPC, China is a builder of world peace and a contributor to global development, continuously injecting strong momentum into global prosperity.

"The overall results of the CPC's 105 years of activity demonstrate an unprecedented example of modernization, transforming what was essentially a semi-colonial, agrarian country into a powerful, global economic and technological power. Belarusian communists are actively borrowing from the CPC's experience in economic modernization. The CPC focuses on Chinese methods of combining powerful state planning with market mechanisms, which resonates with the Belarusian model of a socially oriented market economy," said Sergei Syrankov, First Secretary of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Belarus.

"China has combined the basic principles of Marxism with its specific realities and the conditions of the 21st century, adhering to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and successfully advancing national modernization, making China more prosperous and modernized. This successful experience provides a model for all those committed to promoting peaceful coexistence among humankind and ensuring the basic needs of people in all countries in areas such as food, housing, healthcare, education, and culture," said Jose Luis Centella, President of the Communist Party of Spain.

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Seychelles' President Patrick Herminie on Tuesday exchanged congratulations on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between their two countries.

In his congratulatory message, Xi said that since the establishment of diplomatic ties 50 years ago, no matter how the international landscape evolves, China and Seychelles have always trusted each other and firmly adhered to mutual support, with friendship between the two countries rock-solid.

Xi said he believes that as long as both sides stay true to the original aspiration of establishing diplomatic relations and proceed side by side, the path for the development of China-Seychelles relations will become broader and broader, and the prospects for bilateral cooperation will be brighter.

Herminie said in his message that since the establishment of diplomatic ties 50 years ago, the relations between Seychelles and China have steadily developed on the basis of mutual respect, mutual trust and common development.
