The death toll from Colombia's 7.5-magnitude earthquake on Aug 10 has risen to 319, according to the latest figures released by the country's National Disaster Risk Management Unit (UNGRD) as of 18:30 local time on Wednesday.
According to UNGRD's updated data, the disaster has also left 4,469 people injured, with 260 still reported missing. Rescue efforts have so far succeeded in pulling 364 survivors from the rubble.
The 7.5-magnitude earthquake jolted Colombia on August 10 local time at a depth of 80 km, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The quake severely hit 32 cities across the nation.
