SINGAPORE, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The fifth edition of the Leaders in Supply Chain Awards recognizes executives who are connecting strategy, technology, people, and execution to transform global value chains.

Alcott Global is announcing the Top 30 Leaders in Supply Chain of 2026, recognizing executives whose leadership is shaping stronger, smarter, and more responsible global supply chains.

Organized by global executive search firm Alcott Global, the Leaders in Supply Chain Awards celebrate senior executives who deliver measurable business impact while advancing innovation, resilience, digital transformation, sustainability, and people development across their organizations.

This year marks the fifth edition of the Awards, guided by the theme "Where Insight Connects the Dots."

In an environment defined by geopolitical uncertainty, technological disruption, shifting customer expectations, and growing pressure for responsible growth, the 2026 winners demonstrate the value of seeing the broader picture. Their leadership connects decisions, capabilities, and people across the organization to create resilience, accelerate transformation, and move businesses forward.

To be considered for the Leaders in Supply Chain Awards, nominees were required to meet stringent eligibility criteria:

  • Hold a regional or global leadership role for at least 18 consecutive months
  • Have end-to-end supply chain responsibility
  • Work within a manufacturing organization with annual revenues exceeding USD 1 billion

Eligible candidates submitted detailed case studies outlining their leadership approach, business results, transformation programs, digital achievements, sustainability initiatives, and strategies for developing high-performing teams.

The final ranking was determined through a combination of:

  • 75% independent Jury evaluation
  • 25% peer voting by a global network of more than 2,000 senior supply chain executives

This methodology combines in-depth expert assessment with recognition from the wider supply chain community, ensuring a balanced, objective, and industry-reflective outcome.

The 2026 Jury brought together highly respected supply chain executives, former industry leaders, academics, authors, and transformation experts:

  • Cliff Henson, Corporate Vice President Cloud Supply Chain and Engineering, Microsoft (2025 Award Winner)

This year's winners demonstrate what it truly means to connect the dots between risk and resilience, strategy and execution, technology and decision-making, performance and responsibility, and leadership and legacy. Selected from 403 nominees and recognized through both independent Jury assessment and the voice of more than 2,000 industry peers, they represent the very best of modern supply chain leadership." - Radu Palamariu, Group CEO, Alcott Global

A Global Community of Supply Chain Leaders

The 2026 Awards attracted 403 nominees from 354 companies in 24 countries, reflecting the growing strategic importance of supply chain leadership across industries and regions.

From this highly competitive global pool, the Top 30 were selected for their ability to deliver meaningful results while leading their organizations through complex transformation.

Their case studies demonstrate how supply chain leaders are increasingly operating beyond traditional functional boundaries. They are influencing enterprise strategy, accelerating digital adoption, strengthening organizational resilience, developing future-ready talent, and helping businesses achieve sustainable long-term growth.

The winners were officially revealed during the virtual Leaders in Supply Chain Awards Gala on September 10, 2026.

The virtual ceremony brought together the global supply chain community to celebrate the winners' achievements, share perspectives from members of the independent Jury, and explore trends shaping the profession's future.

The 2026 Awards are supported by a global communications campaign spanning media relations, social media, community engagement, executive thought leadership, internal company recognition, and digital billboard features at Times Square in New York City.
