Joint testing using Ensign's proprietary AI assessment tool to identify new attack variations, enabling TrendAI to rapidly enhance protection coverage

SINGAPORE, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ensign InfoSecurity ("Ensign"), Asia Pacific's largest pure-play cybersecurity services provider, and TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, today announced the outcomes of a joint security testing initiative aimed at validating and strengthening cyber defences against increasingly adaptive AI-enabled attacks.

Ensign researchers used their proprietary AI assessment tool to test and validate TrendAI™ TippingPoint, which uses advanced virtual patching to shield enterprise networks from exploits before vendor fixes are available. Unlike conventional security testing that follows a predetermined attack path, Ensign uses AI to adapt its approach when it encounters defensive controls, testing whether alternative attack paths can overcome them.

During the assessment, Ensign identified opportunities to further strengthen TippingPoint as threat actors adapt their attack techniques in response to existing defensive controls.

TrendAI™ worked closely with Ensign to validate the findings and rapidly introduced additional coverage to strengthen its TippingPoint™ virtual patching protection.

The exercise demonstrates an increasingly important consideration for cyber defence: stopping one attack attempt may no longer be sufficient when AI can rapidly adapt, retry and explore alternative ways of reaching the same objective.

"AI is changing what effective security testing looks like. Blocking the first attack is no longer enough if an AI-enabled attacker can adapt and try another route. Our testing showed why organisations need to continuously validate whether their security controls can stand up to this kind of adaptive behaviour," said Paul Tan, Executive Vice President of Government & Singapore Enterprises, Ensign InfoSecurity. "The value of this exercise was not simply in identifying where protection could be strengthened, but in how quickly Ensign and TrendAI™ were able to turn those findings into stronger protection. This continuous cycle of testing, validating and strengthening defences is what organisations will increasingly need as AI-enabled attacks evolve."

"Due to frontier AI, the speed and sophistication of cyberattacks are accelerating faster than most security teams can keep pace with. Adversaries are already using AI to probe, adapt and exploit weaknesses in real time. A reactive security posture is no longer good enough. This is why TrendAI™ is partnering with Ensign to bring proactive, continuous validation to our customers. By combining Ensign's threat discovery capabilities with TippingPoint™'s virtual patching, we are helping organisations close the gap between when a vulnerability is discovered and when it is actually protected, giving security teams the head start they need against frontier AI threats," said David Siah, Vice President, AMEA Channels, TrendAI™.

From testing controls to continuous validation

AI is changing the speed and economics of cyberattacks, enabling attackers to automate tasks, adapt techniques and explore alternative attack paths more quickly.

As attacks become more adaptive, security guardrails and controls remain essential, but organisations need to continuously validate that they remain effective as attack techniques evolve. Ensign uses leading AI models to test attack paths against an organisation's security environment, identifying where controls hold, where alternative paths may exist and where defences can be strengthened.

The Ensign and TrendAI™ collaboration demonstrates how continuous testing can shorten the feedback loop between testing security controls, identifying areas for improvement and strengthening protection against evolving attack techniques.

New research identifies the time, trust and support gaps reshaping the U.S. mother and baby market, and points to how the industry can better support the full lives of moms

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Momcozy, a global maternal and baby care brand dedicated to supporting mothers through every stage of their journey, announced findings from the 2026 U.S. Mother & Baby Market Trends Report, developed in collaboration with NielsenIQ (NIQ). Released in August, the report examines the evolving realities of modern motherhood, from caregiving and employment to personal time, everyday pressures and the needs moms navigate across different areas of their lives.

"Mom, and More" brings the report's insights to life through Momcozy Brand Day, the brand's annual celebration of modern motherhood. This year's campaign recognizes motherhood as part of a woman's continued growth, existing alongside the ambitions, passions, relationships and experiences that make each mom unique. Rooted in listening to moms' evolving needs, the campaign reflects Momcozy's broader vision for maternal care and its commitment to turning that understanding into meaningful action.

The Realities Shaping Motherhood Today

The research reflects just how much moms are balancing each day, often caring for their families while also navigating work, relationships, personal needs and everything in between. Key findings include:

  • 91% of moms identify themselves as the primary caregiver.
  • 58% of moms surveyed are employed full-time, highlighting the significant presence of working moms, with the figure increasing to 64% among moms with two or more children.
  • 58% cite a lack of personal time as a source of parenting stress.
  • 60% report sleep disruption, while 57% experience anxiety about whether they are doing a good enough job.
  • 58% say information overload creates pressure when purchasing mom and baby products, while 39% say too much information or uncertainty around what to trust can make purchase decisions more difficult.

The full 2026 U.S. Mother & Baby Market Trends Report is available here.

Together, these findings offer a clearer picture of the pressures shaping moms' everyday lives and the areas where brands have an opportunity to respond more meaningfully.

What the Findings Mean for the Mother and Baby Industry

For Momcozy, the findings point to a broader shift in what meaningful maternal support should look like. Moms are balancing caregiving, work and personal needs while facing limited time, information overload and uncertainty around which solutions to trust. The research suggests that supporting moms today requires looking beyond individual caregiving tasks to the fuller realities of their lives.

For the mother and baby industry, that means creating products and services that help reduce time, complexity and decision pressure, while pairing quality and performance with reliable guidance, responsive service and meaningful community support. Momcozy believes the next generation of maternal care should bring products, technology, expertise and everyday support together around the real and evolving lives of moms.

"At Momcozy, we believe the best way to support moms starts with listening to what they actually need," said Tara Cai, Head of User Research at Momcozy. "This research gives us a deeper understanding of the pressures moms are navigating every day and where we can do more to help. It's about turning those insights into meaningful support that makes everyday life a little easier and gives moms more confidence, choice and freedom to pursue what matters to them."

Introducing "Mom, and More"

"Mom, and More" marks Momcozy's first step in bringing the report's insights into action. Beginning September 14, the campaign will unfold through inspiring stories, community activations and real-world experiences, supported by thoughtful products and trusted guidance. Together, these efforts reflect a more holistic approach to maternal care—one designed around moms' physical needs, time, emotional well-being and evolving lives, while supporting them as they define what comes next on their own terms.
