From Parisian Bistros to Breton Family Tables, a Taste of Everyday Life in France
TAIPEI, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- INPARADISE continues its international culinary series, "TASTE THE WORLD, INPARADISE," built around the concept of "one country, one chef." The series extends the sky-high buffet brand's signature approach of "one dining zone, one destination restaurant," introducing guests to the flavors and food cultures of different regions. Following its Italian and Spanish chapters, INPARADISE now partners with French chef Loïs Bisson for "A Taste Journey Through France," featuring five limited-time dishes inspired by festive gatherings, Parisian bistros, and the tables of the French countryside.
The care that defines French cooking extends well beyond formal dining. It can be found in a bowl of onion soup enjoyed late at night, vegetables simmered to share with family, or the aroma of a freshly made crêpe. Drawing on these familiar food memories, Chef Bisson preserves the character of each classic dish while adapting its presentation for the buffet experience.
Originally from Brittany, Chef Bisson has worked at Plaza Athénée, Chez Allard, and Voyage by Alain Ducasse in Macau, all part of Alain Ducasse's restaurant group. His career also includes The Harwood Arms, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the United Kingdom. For this collaboration, he brings his experience in French cuisine to the INPARADISE culinary team, with particular attention to cooking, sauces, and texture.
Menu Highlights | A Journey from Festive Appetizers to a Breton Dessert
Two bite-sized appetizers open the journey. Truffle Duck Foie Gras Mousse Puff combines foie gras mousse with thyme, Cognac, and black truffle in a crisp puff, capturing the richness of a French festive table. Smoked Salmon and Dill Cream Cheese Sablé layers smoked salmon with zucchini and dill cream cheese, finished with lemon zest and a crisp Parmesan biscuit for a balance of freshness and texture.
The hot dishes evoke French bistros and country cooking. French Onion Soup develops its sweetness through slowly cooked onions and is served with bread and broiled Comté cheese, recalling a Parisian bistro classic. Red Wine Braised Pork Cheeks and Ratatouille pairs tender pork cheeks and red wine sauce with eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, and herbs, bringing the flavors of southern France to the table.
The journey concludes in Chef Bisson's home region of Brittany. Crepes with Chocolate Ganache combines soft crepes with browned butter, chocolate ganache, toasted hazelnuts, and crisp puffed rice. A finishing touch of French fleur de sel brings out the dessert's contrasting flavors and textures.
From delicate appetizers and Parisian onion soup to Provençal vegetables and Breton crepes, "A Taste Journey Through France" connects five dishes with different regions and moments in French life. The limited-time menu is available at INPARADISE Xinyi and Xinzhuang through December 31, 2026.

Marking a decade of momentum, the 10th edition of Coway Run continues to inspire Malaysians to pursue continuous growth and move forward without limits
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Coway, the Best Life Solution Company, brought together more than 11,000 participants at Stadium Merdeka for the 10th edition of Coway Run 2026, a milestone event that celebrated a decade of inspiring Malaysians to embrace healthier lifestyles, push beyond their perceived limits and unlock their full potential.
Fuelled by the excitement of Coway Malaysia's 20th anniversary, this year's event carried the theme Forward Without Limits, reflecting Coway's belief that growth is an ongoing journey and that every individual has the ability to achieve more through determination, perseverance and continuous self-improvement. More than a running event, Coway Run 2026 served as a platform for people from all walks of life to challenge themselves, celebrate personal milestones and take meaningful steps towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
Janice Tan, Group Manager of Marketing Division of Coway Malaysia said, "This year's Coway Run holds special significance as we celebrate both 20 years of Coway in Malaysia and 10 years of Coway Run. Over the past decade, we have seen individuals from all backgrounds come together, set new goals and push beyond what they thought was possible. At Coway, we believe that everyone possesses untapped potential, and Coway Run was created to inspire people to take that first step towards unlocking it."
"The theme 'Forward Without Limits' reflects our conviction that progress is not defined by perfect conditions, but by the courage and determination to keep moving forward despite the obstacles along the way. Even in the rain, we saw many runners choosing to persevere and complete their journey, embodying the very spirit of resilience that this year's event set out to celebrate. It was inspiring to see thousands of Malaysians come together, not only to challenge themselves but also support a cause that creates a meaningful impact for communities in need," she added.
With the health and safety of participants as the highest priority, Coway Run 2026 took an unexpected turn this year as the event adapted to the challenges posed by the weather and ongoing haze situation. Despite the change in format, participants from all four categories, including the 10KM Run, and modified 30KM Run, 5KM Run and 5KM Kids Run, came together with community spirit, embodying the "Forward Without Limits" philosophy.
Throughout the day, the atmosphere extended beyond the race routes as participants, families and supporters immersed themselves in a vibrant race village featuring interactive activities, engaging experiences and family-friendly entertainment. The event embodied Coway's commitment to making healthy living both accessible and enjoyable, while creating opportunities for meaningful connections among communities.
Inside Stadium Merdeka, visitors enjoyed a special performance by Coway's Biddy Bear mascot and dancers, followed by a live performance and exclusive meet-and-greet with popular Malaysian singer and actor Hael Husaini. Participants could also complete eight game stations to enter a grand prize lucky draw, with 10 winners taking home either a BEREX Massage Bed or BEREX Pebble Chair, while limited-edition Coway Biddy Bear hand towels were available to be won through on-ground games.
In keeping with Coway's mission of helping people live healthier and happier lives, Coway Run 2026 continued to create impact beyond race day. RM10 from every ticket sold will be channeled towards the Coway Happy Water Project, an initiative dedicated to providing underserved communities with access to clean water. Through the collective efforts of participants, every registration contributed towards improving quality of life for communities in need and supporting a future where access to essential resources is within reach for all.
Beyond making a meaningful difference for communities, Coway Run 2026 celebrated the perseverance and resilience demonstrated by participants in the face of unexpected circumstances. Reflecting the event's "Forward Without Limits" philosophy, runners continued to push forward and delivered inspiring performances across the competitive categories.
In the Men's Open Malaysian category of the modified 30KM Run, conducted over a 10KM route, Anas Bin Rosli recorded the fastest finishing time of 00:36:27, while Michelle Ng claimed the Women's Open Malaysian title with a time of 00:54:24.
