The Ningxia crude oil outbound pipeline network in northwest China has transported a cumulative total of over 200 million tonnes of crude oil, the China Oil and Gas Piping Network Corporation (PipeChina) announced on Tuesday.
Spanning 564 kilometers across northwest China's Gansu Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the network relies on Gansu's Lanzhou hub for cross-regional allocation of oil resources and delivers crude to Sichuan Petrochemical in southwest China via the Lanzhou-Chengdu pipeline.
Having operated safely for 48 years, this energy corridor maintains a stable daily oil transmission of over 23,000 tonnes, ensuring a continuous supply of oil and gas resources to China's western regions.
