Milestone delivery highlights industrial adoption, with ROKAE robots deployed at Schaeffler's Lighthouse Factory in China
BEIJING, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ROKAE Robotics (HKEX: 3752) has delivered its 10,000th humanoid force-controlled arm, marking a milestone in the commercial deployment of robotic hardware for embodied AI.
The milestone unit rolled off the production line at ROKAE's manufacturing base in Shandong Province in September. The figure covers ROKAE's humanoid force-controlled arm product line alone, separate from its industrial and collaborative robots deployed across more than 40 countries and regions.
ROKAE's technology is also being used in industrial manufacturing. At Schaeffler's Lighthouse Factory in Taicang, China, five ROKAE Helios wheeled humanoid robots equipped with AR Series humanoid force-controlled arms are deployed on an assembly line for humanoid robot components. The robots support tasks including parts handling, assembly and inspection, demonstrating the application of force-controlled robotic systems in real production environments.
More than 80 industrial partners have integrated ROKAE's humanoid force-controlled arms into production applications, according to company figures.
"The number itself matters less to us than the trust behind it," said Tuo Hua, Founder and CEO of ROKAE Robotics. "There are no shortcuts in force control. Reaching 10,000 units means delivering consistent performance across hardware, control algorithms and manufacturing processes at scale."
Building on more than a decade of experience in force-control technology, ROKAE's AR Series humanoid arms provide force control at every joint, enabling precise, responsive interaction with objects and their surroundings. Measuring just 213 × 145.5 × 45 mm, the compact MAC controller can control all seven joints of a single arm, all 14 joints across a pair of arms, or more than 20 joints across a humanoid robot, depending on the configuration.
ROKAE's portfolio also includes HSA Series integrated force-controlled joints, the iNex embodied AI control system and Helios wheeled humanoid robots. For manufacturers and robotics developers exploring embodied AI, visit https://www.rokae.com/en to learn more.

The high-tech sealant manufacturer will showcase its MS971 Multi-purpose MS Polymer Sealant and MS973 Fast Dry MS Polymer Sealant and discuss OEM/ODM services and product customization with international building materials buyers.
DUBAI, UAE, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kastar, a Chinese high-tech sealant manufacturer and contributor to the country's silane-modified polymer (MS Polymer) sealant standards, will present its MS polymer sealant technology and manufacturing capabilities at The Big 5 Global 2026, taking place November 23 to 26 at Dubai World Trade Centre. At Booth 8E 331A in the International Pavilion, Za'abeel Hall 3, the company will feature its MS971 Multi-purpose MS Polymer Sealant and MS973 Fast Dry MS Polymer Sealant for international distributors, building materials brands and construction industry buyers.
KASTAR develops MS polymer sealants using its in-house silane-terminated polymer synthesis technology.
In-House MS Polymer Technology
KASTAR has accumulated 28 years of experience in adhesive and sealant manufacturing. Its research and development work includes MS polymer materials and silicone based products, with a team of 28 dedicated R&D engineers and a portfolio of 35 patents, according to company figures.
KASTAR develops MS polymer sealants using its in-house silane-terminated polymer synthesis technology. This work supports the formulation of sealants designed to combine adhesion, flexibility and weather resistance across a range of construction applications.
KASTAR will feature two MS polymer products at the exhibition. MS971 Multi-purpose MS Polymer Sealant is a multi-purpose sealant and adhesive for applications including window and door perimeter sealing, roofing, gutters, concrete joints and metal building construction. Its technical data sheet also lists substrates such as aluminum, glass, PVC, wood and concrete. MS973 Fast Dry MS Polymer Sealant is designed for sealing and flexible bonding in applications such as sheet metal fabrication, HVAC systems and vibrating structures.
Both products' technical data sheets list low VOC content, UV resistance and compatibility with water-based paints among their features. Visitors can discuss product specifications, application requirements and available packaging options with KASTAR's team.
Production Capacity and OEM/ODM
KASTAR's manufacturing facilities are located across five Chinese provinces and cover approximately 150,000 square meters in total. According to company figures, its annual production capacity reaches 600,000 metric tons across its product portfolio, including 300,000 metric tons of sealants.
KASTAR's production operations cover polymer raw materials, intermediate materials and finished sealants. The company also supplies products in different formulations and packaging formats to meet the specifications and order requirements of its business customers.
KASTAR offers OEM and ODM services for building materials brands and regional distributors, with options to discuss formulation, color, viscosity and packaging requirements.
KASTAR reports operating a testing center of more than 1,000 square meters with CMA certification and applying 12 inspection stages across its production process. The company reports an outgoing product defect rate of no more than 0.03 percent. These figures reflect the company's stated quality control practices, with the measurement period and calculation methodology available for confirmation upon request.
"One of the biggest problems with sealants is that they can get dirty or develop mold over time. We've found KASTAR's products to be a good solution to this problem," said Elton D, a KASTAR customer.
Global Supply and Distribution
KASTAR exports products to 69 countries and regions and reports having served more than 1,000 customers worldwide. The company also reports nearly two decades as an Alibaba Gold Supplier and established distribution channels in a number of European markets.
